职位描述：
1. 工作摘要Job Summary： .
控制生产装配线的物料在合理的水平上，并能满足生产装配的需求。制定有效的生产装配计划，以满足出货计划，使生产装配线的效能最大化
Control assembly and fabrication line’s materials stock in reasonable level meeting assembly and fabrication demand. Plan efficient assembly and fabrication schedule meeting SPO demand and maximize the assembly and fabrication efficiency.
2. 主要职责/任务Principle Responsibilities/Duties:
a. 根据出货要求制定有效的物料交货计划及生产装配计划。确保生产装配能够按照计划顺利进行。
Plan the assembly and fabrication and component delivery effectively and efficiently considering work labor cost, materials incoming plan delivery request. Make sure the assembly and fabrication is complying with the assembly and fabrication planning
b. 提供紧急订单和所有尚未完工订单所缺物料清单
Provide shortage list of materials both in critical and all outstanding SPO;
c. 密切跟进物料的来料计划，及时调整生产装配计划和出货计划
Closely follow up materials incoming schedule and adjust/update assembly and fabrication plan and shipment plan in time.
d. 及时提醒物流部的PMC发放PO情况并监督采购单的签发，如定购数量和交货日期等。
Reminding PMC of logistic department to issue P.O. in time and monitor purchasing order issuing process such as approved quantity and request delivery date.
e. 与销售和外销协调员密切沟通，确保所有订单能够及时出货并令客户满意。
Closely communicate with sales and foreign trade coordinator to make sure the shipment of all orders in time and satisfy our customers.
f. 根据出货计划核对发货单，确保所出的货物是正确的。
Check PICK LIST of shipment according to shipping schedule and make sure goods are correct.
g. 根据BOM和销售人员的要求制作生产装配通知单，确保正确生产装配。
Making Work Order for assembly and fabrication line according to BOM and the requirement of sales, Make sure assembly and fabrications are right.
h. 与BOM维护人员密切沟通，确保物料使用变化及时更新到BOM，同时确保物料需求计划与正确的BOM保持一致。
Closely communicate with BOM handler to make sure all changes in materials usage updated in BOM in time. Make sure the materials demand planning is following the correct BOM.
i. 生产装配库存物料的现场管理。
Kits components stock management on spot.
